God's Plan

Shavon Harrington

You shaped the world with a masterful hand,

From mountains high to grains of sand.

You made the stars twinkle, the sunshine,

And the moon glows, in perfect design.

You bestowed upon us the gift of free will,

To choose our fate, and our dreams to fulfill.

You granted us the knowledge to expand our minds,

Enabling us to explore, seek, and find.

But sometimes, we stumble, lose our track,

Our faith and grace, we often lack.

In moments of darkness, we turn to you,

Seeking assistance, hoping you'll pull us through.

Yet, at times, it seems you're on mute,

Our pleas go unheard, our fears take root.

We shed tears of doubt, uncertainty, and pain,

Longing for a sign, a comforting refrain.

But rest assured, in your infinite grace,

You're there beside us, in every single trace.

Your silent presence is a reminder so clearly,

That even in silence, you're always near.

So let us hold on to hope and embrace,

The challenges we face, with strength and grace.

For you, the creator, have endowed us with might,

To overcome obstacles and bask in your light.

The journey is yours, and also ours to tread,

With your guidance, we shall never be misled.

For you are the architect of this vast universe,

And with your masterful hand, we find

solace and diversity.
