Her sun, his moon

Laylemon

Where they meet, where the sun and the moon meet

Would it be catastrophic, or would it be just what they need?

Where they meet, where the wonders meet,

Everyone watches intently

Where opposites attract, when rage meets peace.

You should pay closer attention, that gleam didn't come with ease.

He burns so she can shine

To her darkness, he brings the light.

And fear midnights no more, she has visible scars on her

Because he often loses control,

But she will still shade him to protect their earth.

They boil, hide, weep, betray,

For us to ponder upon their profound state.

Where they meet, we'll rarely see. It's sudden, it's discreet.

Despite being so near, despite the years,

Despite this perpetual state of being.

But life will not be, if they wish not to meet. The sun and the moon are in need.

Life wouldn't be, if they were never in need

The sun and the moon.

Her sun, and his moon.

So tell me, will this end in a catastrophe?
