Depression,
It's not what people make it to be
It's not moping around all day
Or crying till you can’t breathe
Its forcing yourself to get up and carry on with your day
It's going to work or school all day pretending to be happy
It’s a disease not something to brag about
It’s a mental illness that many people are affected by
A mental illness that can destroy your life
Depression is learning to become numb to the world around you
