A Crimson Love

hiciel

In my eyes, black and white is the color of the world
So dull, so lifeless, so robotic as I observed
Yet, for some, the world is full of rainbows and life so, why?
Ahh, Love brings them all and change one's eye

Love comes in different size, texture and shapes
Some stays, other fades
But my favorite one is the greatest
A Crimson love, drawn by The Great Portraitist

How far greater can this take me?
A crimson love, I am not worthy.
As deep as the endless sky
The Love that never kiss away goodbye.

Once, I tried to give up and end it all
Overwhelmed, I feel like the world is so big. I'm too small
Somewhere deep within me. So hopeless, so dark
Yet, you take my hand, wipe my tears and together we embark

An injured dove, you picked and healed it up
A Crimson Love, so great no one can disrupt.
How much of these pain, can you afford?
Just how great is Your love, oh my Lord?

Let the time flows like a river
Let the sun sets forever
For wherever it is, with you I'll stay
Your crimson love is the reason I found my way.
