GENTLE

nephilim56 ( Norman Dickson)

With my poets soul
My heartbeat wild
A warrior in a storm
You calmed the seas
When I stood forlorn
A figure at the wheel.

My artistic demons
Another fall from grace
You made me smile
Put me back in place.

Remember still
For I always will
You made me gentle
Like the breeze.
