To Wake Up At Dawn

Kinsley Lee

I went to sleep last night with the window ajar,
But this dawn, I was woken up by the chill from star.
The bamboos in back garden, rustles in the autumn breeze,
And a bird which is sleepless cries in the dusky trees.
