Differences - the Beast

10/09/2023

Differences, is an insatiable beast

Whose hunger is for ever on display

The intent should not be to starve the beast

But to ensure it does not devour everything

Differences, an essential beast

Whose actions causes sharpened wits

The intent should not be to starve the beast

But to ensures it engages everyone

Differences, is a perpetual battleground

Whose existence leaves victims everywhere

The intent should not be to starve the beast

But to ensure it’s always a bloodless feud

Differences, a wanton beast

Who sets in motion destructive acts

The intent should be to starve the beast

For that beast shouldn’t be allowed to feast

I suspect there is more to this than meets the eye ..
deeper than deep .. and broader than it is wide ..
without them tho' wouldn't it be a sad an sorry all too familiar world .. and my guess is, we might all go hungry .. Neville
