Roses Of Fall

John Lee

When it feels a lot like fall

I'll look to the rose

The vast array of her beauty

Brightens all that's fallen

Nature's breath rearranges lying leaves

Yet she dances

Turning a still day into a song

How then will I weep

Dew glistening on her as tears of joy

No fall hasn't come

It's the season of her bloom
