SACRED

nephilim56 ( Norman Dickson)

You took something from me
Something sacred dont you know
As I lie here in my prison
Somethings are sacred you must know.

Time has damaged and embittered
A sweet distortion..see my eyes
Pain a blanket that covers
For you told so many lies.

I sense your perfume in a quiet room
Sat in silence..statues stare
These four walls they are no comfort
I watch your vision fill the air.

Because you took something from me
Something sacred dont you know
As I lie here in my prison
Somethings are sacred, you must know.
