Who Am I

Akinsa

I never knew how much I weigh,
I never knew where I would land,
anywhere by good old friend prefers me to land
Being a part of Nature and fallen from a bird, I hung in the air everyday.
The rain lets me rest and on somedays I get carried to someone's home and spend my whole life there
If anyone of you can guess who I am
I reckon you'll take me home!

A feather. I am always the one to carry it home, I have a whole collection I have the same excitation whenever a feather lands around me, especially the times it tangled in my hairs. Your poem is seriously beautiful, just remembered about each landing feather.
