Lost Love

Pacifique Niyitanga

In next life, I wilt own thou.

 Echoes of his whistle

 Screams like a whisper

That left me in the cage

Softly, she said: "I wilt return."

In next life, I wilt own thou.

 Sold future in the bush

 Jealous of an old heart

 All in one with memories

Love is a ghost I cannot seize.

In next life, I wilt own thou.

 Party pictures in thy frame,

Bliss light like a fire flame

 Wealth as thy captive, well

 Prayers wilt bless my desires.

In next life, I wilt own thou.

 Sleep in his warm chest,

 Smile as he touches thou

 And do whatever, it's fine

But I wilt run to the finish line.

In next life, I wilt own thou.

Hush my kids he calls his,

The heart he thinks I hast lost

And the vows froze in the frost

Keep them safe, until we rejoin.

These words cross the plains of the now into the afterlife... A love such as this knows no boundaries and respects no time, present and future... That humble refrain "In next life, I wilt own thou" speaks from such a humble heart, I don't see how anyone can not be moved by it.

Sometimes, all we are left with is hope, and patience. Not today, but tomorrow or next tomorrow. love is patient and when its home is a strong heart, it stays for always. Thanks for the feedback, I loved that you know what I wrote.
