I understand precisely where you are coming from and possibly know even more than you where you are going to .. and just as an aside, I remember the first time I touched absinthe (it was banned in the UK for a while because too many went blind) .. both me and my son almost got kicked out of Hungary ..
That's another tipple I will have to add water too - that absinthe stuff! lol.
