- Comment from author about the poem: Be well is a slogan I often live by. Last night, the words expanded a bit after conversing with a muse. 'Tis a reminder to share out of love or not share at all. It felt right to share after substitute teaching today and seeing the hate often expressed by kids without intent. Find your intent, and you can really make a difference. Be well
