A flimsy bit of plastic with no ignition
What happened to the clicking?
Never touching that gas fire lever again
Good job it's under a warranty then

    Has the mechanism got a battery? If so, it might be flat.

      It's a new fire pal, we've replaced the battery but still nothing.

        Did they install it correctly? Or did you install it yourself? We had to call out another engineer, as ours was not connected properly the first time. we could have blown up!
