Has the mechanism got a battery? If so, it might be flat.
It's a new fire pal, we've replaced the battery but still nothing.
Did they install it correctly? Or did you install it yourself? We had to call out another engineer, as ours was not connected properly the first time. we could have blown up!
The engineer came out today apparently it could be a faulty battery pack or something else can't remember what. Crazy!
