Someone Cared
Life,
Look closer, and hopefully you'll see.
Going through, Motions of day to day of what will be.
I sit for a while, watching passers by.
Sure that's so nice to see!
Yet, waiting and wanting someone to notice me; for me!
Choices not always own to make.
Mistakes!
Guess I've made a few?
The soul knows how to heal & the mind will too.
Life is full of lessons, Lessons, I need to learn.
And
Some sayings! Just walk away!
BUT; it's hard!
Some say I'm indifferent and weak, so I asked for it.
I'd say I'm a little complicated and unique.
As,with -drawn with a quivering breath, I brace and say
It's not your business, nor your concern.
Mind your own problems, before you gossip about mine.
For my life is not your story to tell!!
Yes, I'm flawed but that's who I am.
Just leave me alone! I scream, laugh & cry!
For I'm broken, for that's who I am!
Lost In mind of thought, maybe one day ...... They will look back
Maybe say; it wasn't always that way.
Maybe they will even say She/ I was beautiful in some way.
Stopped in a trance!
Why,when,how!
How did I become that person? In fear; Fear that no-one can hear?
I try to shout out
NO! I'm sorry,
DON'T
pleaseeee !
NO !
But, no one can hear my voice, OR see the fear.
For some would say;
MY VOICE
For there is no one, Noone is there to care!
There's waves that feel overwhelming fear!
I wipe away that solitary tear, as trying to hold back the echoing thumbing.
Lost in the darkness of secrets.
Over and over, thoughts race in my mind. In that ONE small space that no one can find.
One of these days, I will be free from this life that I so fear.
Free to take hope!
To look in the mirror and love the reflection back.
Free to Dance in the stars, with the Moon smiling back at a Glance.
No longer feel any pain,
Nor hurt or most of all FEAR.
Finally
I'm safe. I can sleep here.
You're never alone
Always remember you'll STRONG, BRAVE & BEAUTIFUL
And there is always HOPE in LIFE.
And somebody that does really
CARE!
