Here With You

Hey-Madison

Notice of absence from Hey-Madison
I probably have writer's block, or I'm getting an education, either way, check out more of my work on my profile.

I think I'm in love

And No one can fix me

It feels like a Hurricane

To Love you from a distance

You were my Home

And Those eyes of beautiful brown

Intoxicate me still

I see This side of paradise

And If by chance

You still want a dance

And you want that romance

I won't just be

Mr. Forgettable

The Grudge isn't real

And I'll still love you as much

It's Ok

It's Ok

K?

Just be Here with me

And I'll be with you

  • Comment from author about the poem: This poem has a bunch of songs that I had intended to add to my playlist. All the words in the middle of a line that are capitalized are the names of the songs, and if you want to go check out my playlist Chill Time on Spotify, that would be great. Personally, music has always been a core memory for me and I have so many memories of singing, dancing, and playing music as a child (and even now) that I thought it would be cool to create a poem, another favorite style of art, out of music titles.
