“Villian”

Nicole H.

I wanted to be the princess of the story,

But I had no more smiles.

You said I was too boring,

But at least I’m not so vile.

Kept breaking promises,

Without saying sorry.

You can only say five things,

When you claim you know me.

I was destined for destruction,

I didn’t even make it far.

You say I’m a villain,

But your words would leave a scar.

You say I’m happy,

Even when I say I’m sad.

You get so angry,

I’m alive, so I’m glad.

You say I’m a selfish person,

But at least I’m not the villain.
