Smile, It’s Free

Accidental Poet

The wonderous look

Upon a baby’s face

Their laugh and where it comes from

Your compelled to trace

A dog wagging his tail

His paw in your hand

Must be playtime

This you both understand

An old favorite photo

Of cherished Mom and Dad

As they look in each other’s eyes

Remembering the life they had

And the one who stole your heart

So many years ago

The look upon your face

How deep that love still shows

The best of times there in your life

All the memories you love to see

There within your heart

Smile, it’s free

    Good write AP. 😁
Only thing is, when I see KP I burst into tears - and not tears of joy! heehee.

My suggestion Orchi, don't look at KP. πŸ˜ƒ

Thanks Andy. If Orchi sees this, he'll really be confused. Matter of fact, I think if he looks in the mirror, he'll see KP. πŸ˜ƒ
