A Prayer Of Thanks

Thank you God for family, Thank you for good food.  Thank you for laughter and smiles, that always keeps us in a good mood.  

 

Thank you God for music and togetherness too.  Thank you for family hugs, even the coffee poured in the mugs. 

 

Thank you God for everything nice, the brown gravy and the rice.  Thank you for the turkey and ham, I dare not forget the toast and jam.  

 

Thank you God for the little ones and all our cousins too.  Thank you for songs of joy, altogether we happily employ.  

 

Thank you seems like little words, that we really need to say more of, That makes our world a better place, So God can come and then fill our space.
