Man of God

I am not more a man than a man,

I am not more a believer than a believer,

I am not more mortal than a body,

I am not more mortal than a soul,

I am not more a man of God than a man,

I am not more a man of grace than a man,

I am not more a smudge in God's universe,

Than a droplet in the water of Neptune,

I do not pray more than any man prays,

I do not cry more than any man cries,

I do not weep more than any man weeps,

I try to cleanse my soul, but no more than another man,

I try to reach salvation through the grace of my lord,

I try to reach a golden grave through the grace of my lord,

I try to reach God's hand just as any man,

I try to be a Man of God.
