How Long

Emperor

How long can we thrive

How long do we aspire

How long until it's dead

The man and his desire

Grow old with the moments

Write our memories in a journal

The graveyard is full of those

Who thought youth was eternal

We dream of tomorrow

But today we forget

Often youth is a mistake

Hence old age, a regret

How long can we live

How long can we aspire

How long until it is dead

The man 'with' his desire
