Lost love

Chiki1601

In the twilight of our love's refrain,

A last chance whispers through the pain.

Ephemeral moments, like autumn leaves,

Falling, fading, as the heart grieves.

Silent echoes of words unsaid,

Lost in the labyrinth of love misled.

Fleeting chances slip away,

Yet in the shadows, emotions sway.

The final dance, a tender plea,

To say "I love you," set it free.

Regret lingers in the bittersweet air,

Love's finale, a poignant affair.

I really like your use of vocabulary and rhyme. It reminds me of a one sided broken heart.
