Don’t listen to what the world has to say about you. Know yourself good bad and ugly; there’s where you’ll find the truth. Don’t allow the opinions of others to take up any part of your mind. Especially when it’s not the truth or unkind. Never allow someone to mistreat you consistently; sooner or later you’ll spiral down and their thoughts become your beliefs. You must know yourself from the inside out; never allow anyone to plant seeds of doubt.
