The Son, The Life

jcnillepoetics

Listen to the angels' hymn,
Behold the shepherd's esteemed grace.
God's gift rests within a humble manger,
An eternal offering, beautifully displayed.

What surpasses the value of life?
If not contained in the Son, revealed to our unclean life,
Yet for humanity,
He, a comfort within our hearts.
A gift, once owned, becomes an everlasting treasure.

A testament to life's unending,
In the Son's sight, our home is found.
To dwell with life eternally,
A testimony embraced forever.
