I love dressing up

Though not with bling

For I love wearing dainty

And truly beautiful things

I love glass bangles

That jingle when I walk

I love pretty rings

And bracelets that lock

I love soft music

And avoid the blaring speaker

For now that I am older

Noise tolerance gets weaker

I love pastel colors

That blend with my mood

I also love cooking

Some spicy Indian food

There’s a lot that I love

And too numerous to share

But it’s family that comes first

For whom I truly care.
