"Trauma"
Trauma can shatter a heart in two
Leaving scars that may never heal through
Like a storm that wrecks a peaceful shore
It can leave us bewildered, lost and sore
The memories of pain can linger on
Long after the storm has passed and gone
A heavy weight that seems impossible to bear
A wound that is often too deep to repair
But in time, the light can slowly trickle through
Illuminating paths that once seemed askew
And though the struggle may leave us weak
It's through the darkness that we find strength to seek
Each day a battle to reclaim our right
To live and hope and breathe in light
And though we may falter and stumble on the way
We will rise up stronger with each passing day.
"What Is A Family?"
A family is supported for the rough times 
A family is someone who you can count on
A family is your biggest fan
A family is the people to laugh at the embarrassing things
A family is someone who stands up for you
A family is someone  that loves you
And a family is something you shouldn't let fall apart
A little advice from someone experienced if your family is falling apart help it before it's too late. Because I was to late .

Footprints in the silent sand,
A tale untold, a mystic strand.
Moonlight weaves its silver thread,
Unraveling stories left unsaid.

The mystery of life, is difficult to decipher,
Sometimes it seems as though we are in prison as a lifer,
Doing time, for no reason at all,
Just waiting for the next ax to fall
Hold your head up, there's brighter times ahead,
Seek the help of someone, somewhere to lay your head,
A safe place to go, is sometimes all we need,
A place to feel loved, that place is in God indeed,
