Many are trying to hold themselves up with faulty hoists,
Left with small choices and limited voices.
Targetted by an out of date system,
Why does so much of the media glorify prison?

Prison certainly isn’t a place to glorify. It is a place of segregation, which hurts family and friends no end. However people who commit crime have to expect to be punished. It must be soul destroying to be incarcerated. Interesting poem.

I went to a former old prison, now partly an Arts Centre. A creepy atmosphere. Prisoners in olden days there, about to be hung, were kept on ground floor, so as not to wake the other prisoners early morning. Ghastly. Just nip out the back door and .......
