Don't Worry About Me...I'm Fine

mtrotter1

We fall, and we fall in love

The music is within the tears;

Well I fall, and I fall in love

And my tears

And I drown within my heart

These days,

And these days are lonesome and tied

For my strings cannot be free

Yet these roses bloom so brightly

And I smile within the tears...

...Breathe...breathe...

For the air I breathe is fragile

And she screams within my breath

This quiet alter ego

And I drown to her music

The music that is me,

Who killed the invisible cat

In this invisible room?

I'm fine...

Don't worry about me,

I'm fine...

For all the lost children

Have burned in my heart,

I miss my childhood;

And all the fine lines are drawn

The tree is the mystery,

Shall I climb the walls?

For love is a masterpiece overwhelmed,

I am overwhelmed with tears

For my tears, my tears are overwhelmed

I am overwhelmed with tears,

Behold the glass ceiling

That has fallen...

Dirty pictures

And dirty lights,

Shall I keep me in my sights?

For dirty roses

Lead to dirty thoughts,

Shall I be defeated by such thoughts?

For I am not perfect

And neither am I,

Alone I shall be the fly.
