Remember Whose You Are

Angelia Lamar

Remember the woman who you are, Even when you’re walking alone, You won’t have to look very far.

Just look within your heart and you will see, The beautiful, resilient woman you were created to be.

I have no desire to be a side chick, or second choice, We were raised and taught right, I say no thanks with my voice.

While some are either in self-denial and thirsty to be noticed by a particular man,

I’m thanking God my worship is real and I’m living in God’s plan.
