New Lullaby

Lay down and rest your head,

Snuggle deeply in your bed.

Take a deep breath and close your eyes,

Don’t be afraid, tomorrow you’ll rise.

Enter into a new dreamy world,

There you can happily hop and swirl.

Like a bird you can fly,

Soar through an open sky.

You can play with lion’s mane,

Or pet a tiger, all the same.

Go fishing with big brown bear,

Or chase the cubs everywhere.

You can climb atop the highest tree,

Gather flowers like a bee.

Be a hero, slay a dragon,

Ride the horse with the wagon.

Launch the rocket to the moon,

Explore the cosmos, be back soon.

Sleep in peace my little one,

Till you’re waken by the sun.
