The Unfamiliar Script

Meera Mere

Lost in memories, a world unknown,

Nostalgia stirs within my bones.

Words tremble on my quivering lips,

As I navigate this unfamiliar script.

Smiles painted on the surface, so bright,

But tears fall behind the curtains at night.

A free bird trapped in my mind's cage,

Conversing with spirits, seeking solace on this stage.

Reality, a place I long to escape,

Camouflaged in dreams, a secret landscape.

Embracing the uniqueness, to let it shine,

For in the shades of difference, true beauty abides.
