It’s true in order to fully heal you must allow yourself to feel the pain. Unbury it, work through it, allow yourself to feel alive again. To keep it buried for too long will eventually catch up to you. That’s not what He wants us to do. You must allow Him to break down every wall. Trust me he will catch you when not if you fall. This process is unbearable and can feel debilitating. All the while His word to you He’s communicating. It’s not easy to admit how you might’ve been wrong. Thinking you had it right all along. Trusting yourself without Him; He has a way of telling you otherwise and that’s a true blessing. To be able to truly love and breathe again; you must be willing to hurt throughout your healing. Give yourself time with Him in your life; He will heal all your wounds and make your wrongs right.
