The Answer I received

While turning the pages of every book I read

I always asked was this what I wanted 

Sometimes the words of textbook just float around,

Someday they used to light up my curiosity 

And Someday's just ...

Turned me down 

 

Sometimes they scared me , 

Created a lot of doubts, fear 

And asked me whether , it was really worth the the pain.

But today when I look again at them, 

They answer every question I ask 

They answer , and I am glad I listen to them.....!

    Great poem....I really like your first paragraph, I presume it's about something you studied or read, but I took it in a different way, about a relationship,it really resonated with me, thanks for your words

      Yes indeed it was for the subject I was studying, earlier I used to hate chemistry but now I hafe slowly developed an interest in it .Anyways thankyou for appreciating my poem.
