It will happen from time to time. Whether intentional or not. Someone will hurt our feelings; we must forgive them on the spot. A tough task this could be as sometimes the pain cuts like a knife. We must forgive quickly His word says; be free from any strife. Some you can forgive quickly while forgiving someone else can be a struggle. Just bring it to Him; your mind and heart He will humble. It’s true this easy and we all tend to fall short of the mark. But He knows our true intentions; He knows our very hearts.

Often, it takes time for old wounds to heal, and usually they will heal when the two individuals realize the time has come to make amends. Many times, its one who's waiting for the other to acknowledge the wrongs they did and apologize. Great write GenXer. 😉👍
