On Growth

Every moment in life is a recalibration 
And we foolishly go looking for validation
Our perceptions have over-emphasized
The need to be liked, to which peace is tied.

 

Yes we want to know, if we are doing fine
And not coming off, as totally out of line
But growth in essence, is something undefined
An immortal perfection, if is timed right.
