Existence

                                  Poem by, Zheyre Tolliver

I do not exist in this timeline.

I am nothing but thoughts in a vessel wrestling with the concept of being alive

I am just a mind

Yes I cry, I laugh and I whine, but  I do not exist in this timeline.

You don't have to understand,

I am nothing but a speck in a universe that expands

Holding up my hand to be seen.

To be showered with opinions until I am clean.

Where i only repeat what i hear,

Where im held back by fear,

Where i let someone else steer me,

Down the wrong path

Where there's no turning back and,

I do not exist in this timeline.
