Shows on the screen always looping like a track
A recording of that night is constantly in my mind
The innocence I lost was for your entertainment
My life flies by like your ads, always on forwards play
The cameras keep recording, although there are no more videos
You took my life and gave it away for your own gain
I don’t like this movie anymore, when can the credits start to role?
You publicized my story, my heart and my soul.
But now I’ve gone and ended this film, I cut up your tapes, and ruined myself.
The film is over now, and I have moved on.
When I finally cut the lights, you didn’t grieve, not a single tear.
Now I am no longer your star, I am the stars in the sky.
And I am no longer your toy.
