Sometimes here, Sometimes there

Tahir Masood

Sometimes here, sometimes there

I wonder exactly where?

I’m unaware.

Sometimes here,

We briefly share,

Sometimes there,

We disappear,

Navigating life’s winding affair.

Seeking solace in fleeting dreams

Amidst the rivers and the distant streams.

Shimmering illusions, crystal clear,

Sometimes here, sometimes there.

For in the sphere of thought I come to see,

The philosophy of life lies in being me

And to live with passion, wild and free.

Sometimes here, captivated by the urban lore

And sometimes there, still at the shore.

And in each sense and each smile,

We find the meaning in moments worthwhile.

With hearts open, embracing the dare,

Sometimes here, sometimes there.
