Me in You

Alan R

We come in with our dark worlds

Deep and twisted curls

In your glowing eyes I always see

Something that's familiar to me

Another me, in a different way

Similar to me, a different gray

You can tell me how you will and don't

Do the right thing, but you won't

Convince me, you are not me

I've seen a true signature anomaly

For you are everything I try to try

If I am your Karma, then why did I cry?
