Overthinking Heart : A Rhyme of Reflection

In the quiet of the night, I lay in bed,

Thoughts spinning 'round inside my head.

I'm an overthinker, it's plain to see,

Caught in a web of uncertainty.

I ponder every choice I've ever made,

Worrying if I'll make the grade.

But deep down, I must confess,

Overthinking can be a tangled mess.

Yet in this chaos, there's a light,

A chance to turn my worries right.

For in my heart, I'll find a way,

To calm the storm and seize the day.

So, overthinker, don't be too hard on you,

Embrace the thoughts, both old and new.

With love and kindness, you will find,

Peace of mind, and leave your worries behind.
