Heavy clouds descend,
Suffocating the soul's light,
Depression's embrace.
Darkness consumes days,
A weight that cannot be shed,
Hope's fragile whispers.
Loneliness, a friend,
Invisible chains confine,
Heartache's constant grip.
Fading colors bleed,
Joy's palette dulled and muted,
Silent tears cascade.
A battle within,
Mind's labyrinth of shadows,
Seeking escape's light.
But even in depths,
A flicker of strength remains,
Inner flame persists.
Hold on, weary heart,
For the dawn will surely break,
Hope's resurgent rays.
Reach out, seek solace,
Embrace love's gentle embrace,
Healing whispers close.
Though storms and thunders may linger,
Know that you are not alone,
Together we heal

- Comment from author about the poem: Depression is not a game it is a feeling that kills us from the inside and outside but we may not show aware pain from the outside becuz people would judge us if they knew so we people decide to put on a fake smile and bottle everything up.
