Late winter
Blanket of snow
Plow looms sinister
Where snowdrops grow

    Great write Jerry. 😉👍

    Begone with the snow
    I'm waiting on Spring
    For green grass with flowers
And all the birds to sing

It came back last night. Beautiful covering over the dirty snow underneath. Clean shirt over dirty underwear.

Thanks Teddy. Snowing again today. Toying with the idea of clean snow covering dirty snow. There should be a Quatrain in there somewhere.

          Good write Jerry.
We might wish snowdrops were the only 'snow' we get.

How the hell in four short picturesque lines do you manage to throw in impending doom?

          Oh well done, Sir.

The plow going by just seemed so violent. Thanks, Dave.
