The Dark Knight Trilogy

Shaunmatthewcpoetry

There will never be
A Batman trilogy
As good as Chris and Christian's
Neeson's Ra's al Ghul
Concealed his true identity
From everyone
Cillian as Scarecrow
Watch out for that fear toxin
Hathaway was a decent Catwoman
Bane was brutal
Talia was no big reveal
They spoilt it in the newspaper reel
Alfred is played the best by Caine
But him leaving Bruce in Rises
I found that storyline insane
Ledger as The Joker
An Oscar win
What did it ultimately cost him?
People poke fun of Bale's voice
You prefer Pattinson as your choice?
Matt Reeves is no Nolan
They not even on the same totem
The Batman was a cheap imitation
Sold on being a deep detective story
I couldn't have guessed any more clues correct
Not enough action and it started to bore me
Back to Nolan's masterpieces
I can't complete my thesis
Without mentioning the Hans Zimmer score
Could play them soundtracks forever over
And still be craving more

Your commentary on the characters, plot twists, and even the actors' portrayals is just amazing. And indeed Hans Zimmer's iconic scores was a perfect nod to the trilogy's, outstanding soundtrack

I was the Scarecrow really! lol.
    That Joker's creepy.
