Climate Change

Chiki1601

Upon our Earth, a crisis looms,
As temperatures rise and icebergs consume.
The air grows heavy with carbon's embrace,
A planet in peril, a perilous race.

Glaciers recede, oceans surge and swell,
Species lament in their shrinking dwell.
Forests ablaze, a fiery rage,
Humanity's actions, a haunting stage.

Fertile lands turn arid and dry,
As drought spreads its wings and reaches the sky.
But hope remains in hearts that care,
For Earth's survival, a cross to bear.

We must unite, hand in hand,
Protect the beauty of this cherished land.
Reduce, reuse, recycle the old,
Embrace sustainable tales yet untold.

Let's mend the wounds we've caused to nature,
A chance to rewrite our fateful signature.
For in our choices, both big and small,
Lies the power to prevent the fall.

Climate change's tale is stark and clear,
It's time to act, to hold our sphere dear.

I found that a neat well written piece.
Couldn't agree more, but why did you classify it as 'Fantasy'?
You must have put in much time constructing a strong poem, and then tell me it is rubbish?

I dont know where to put this so i put in 'Fantasy' category.
I am glad that you liked my poem!

Not obliged to put it anywhere. The charming back stage auditors will probably hate me for this, but just ignore the command to label/classify your work.
