Whispers of Twilight: A Poet's Plea

Malek Mohamed

In twilight's hush, where whispers dwell,

Where shadows dance, and dreams compel,

A silent verse begins to rise,

Unfurling 'neath the starlit skies.

Through misty realms of time untold,

Where secrets lie in tales of old,

The heart's lament, a fleeting sigh,

Echoes in the soul's soft cry.

In fields of gold and meadows green,

Where innocence and truth are seen,

The poet's pen, a gentle quill,

Weaves sonnets of the heart's sweet thrill.

With every word, a world anew,

A tapestry of shades and hue,

Where love and longing intertwine,

In verses spun by hands divine.

So let this poetry unfold,

In rhythms pure, in verses bold,

A song of life, a tender plea,

For hearts to soar, for spirits free.
