Brighton

Holly Anne

As I cycle by brighton shore,

I see a man seizing on the floor.

The mother in a state of panic,

The atmosphere was absolutely manic.

Bum bum bum bum,

The adrenaline was flowing swiftly.

Like a gushing waterfall…

The man did not have any words at all,

The impact of the seizure had taken its toll.

After what felt like an eternity.

The man regained consciousness.

building the strength to carry himself,

Against a wooden wall.

Thankfully his mother did make that call,

We all patiently waited for the paramedics to come along.
