In your heart
Where you are most vulnerable
I want to be there
Close enough to feel your vulnerability
Close enough to feel your hear beat
In the depths of your soul
Where you hide it all
Is where I want you to place me!
Within your eyes
Which have seen both the good and the bad
And describe the beauty of it all
I want to see the world through your eyes
So hold me close
So I can know you better
Better than the world does
So I can love you better

Oh, to be nestled in the heart of another once more! To be lifted above the world, where imperfections do not matter. To be seen as an angel despite having flaws. A wonderful write. Do more.
