BlackRougé

Should I cling to the branch or fall into the abyss.

Heart like a broken mirror,

with words stuck in my throat like shards of glass.

Trapped in a maze of thoughts, of the resentment towards the hollow words you spoke a banquet of bitter food.

Promised yourself to me,only to shatter the vow?

Then broke your word, like a discarded plaything.

Forgive or forget? The choice seems impossible.
