Broken Hearts

Nah Hannah

Broken Hearts

She was gone

In the midst of the lies and the games

He had lost her

For him it was a quick process

One moment she was there, the next she was gone

But for her it was excruciatingly slow

She had begged for his love

She had pleaded for his attention

But never once did he glance at her

Now they are both lost in the regrets

She regretted giving him her time

She wanted not to remember their moments

And he regretted losing her

He hated that he never treated her right

That he didn’t see her when she was there

Because now it was too late

When he wanted something to do with her

When he finally realized she meant everything to him

She wanted nothing to do with him

And again love was lost
