Nonsense

Nicole Pritchard

Your words don't mean a thing

Since there is no truth

Within the words that are spoken

Just hollow sounds of echoes

Bouncing off all the nonsense

That is in the untruth

Unaware that you didn't speak the truth

Makes it even harder to hear

The sound of your voice

Just makes me want to hurl

Nothing about you was real

You were just a fantasy I imagined

All the words that you spoken

Were all fake

The echoes of your nonsense

Is hard to hear

None of this is real

You're full of yourself

Nothing you say is even real

Where do you get off

Living in this world

Filled with so much hurt

Never hearing the truth

It never really existed

You are a fantasy

To the world I thought I wanted

I can't hear, no more nonsense

I'm tired of all the untruth

That is bouncing in my head

I'm fed up of all the lies

You have spoken

All the broken promises

That you have said

You are full of yourself

Not one word is even real

All the sounds of the echoes

Are bouncing off all the nonsense

Now please stop talking

I'm not listening anymore
